Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with the ability to analyze, discuss and define development solutions, as well as coordinate and monitor the implementation of solutions, but also assist in identifying and tracking incidents that occur on platforms already in operation.

Responsibilities

• Defining technical solutions with the help of the technical teams
• Understand IT concept (API, Authentication, Workflow)
• Defining technical requirements
• Drawing functional diagrams to facilitate
  - making and form the basis of the technical solution.
• Stakeholder management (technical and business)
• Preparing information for the analysis teams
• Aligning deliveries based on program objectives
• Prioritizing and coordinating the tasks of the different teams involved
• Experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus

Profile:

• Analytical and organizational skills are essential
• French (B2), English (B2)
• Proactivity, pragmatic, curious and autonomous
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
• At least 3 years of experience
