Business Analyst (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

1. Knowledge of business processes in the area of human resources management;
2. Work experience in large companies, multinational companies;
3. English and Portuguese are Mandatory;
4. Functional knowledge of SAP Success Factors, in particular the modules:
1. Employee Central;
2. Recruiting;
3. Onboarding;
4. Performance & Goals;
5. Compensation Management;
6. Succession & Development.
5. Spanish (Preferable).

Soft Skills:

1. Good communication;
2. Team spirit;

4. Time management.
