YOUR ROLE:

• Oversee the activities, make sure processes are followed, tickets are managed in time & quality;
• Manage directly L3 ticket or projects;
• Analyse releases and product features to provide proposal for enhancements and added value.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 1 year of experience on learning management system with Cornerstone or similar;
• English is mandatory;
• French is nice to have;
