We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst fluent in French to join our team in Lisbon. As a Business Analyst for Credit Risk Stress Testing, you will play a pivotal role in both production and
- user support. You will contribute to defining, specifying, and testing new developments for our engines and UI, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business needs, translating them into specifications and test cases for solution deployment within budget and regulatory constraints.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, particularly business contacts and developers, to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
• Participate in the production of official stress test results and provide functional support as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engine operation, maintainability, and scalability.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and processes within your scope of responsibility.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience as a business analyst or functional expert in Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations, or Stress Tests.
• Previous banking experience is a plus.
• Mandatory knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with Dataiku is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is advantageous.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
