We are looking for two talented Business Analysts for learning management systems. Our teams are based in Lisbon in a hybrid model; however, we are flexible with candidates who live in other cities.

YOUR ROLE

• Oversee the activities, ensure processes are followed, and manage tickets in a timely and quality manner;
• Manage L3 tickets or projects directly;
• Analyze releases and product features to provide proposals for enhancements and added value.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 1 year of experience on compensation management systems with Beqom or similar;
• English is mandatory;
• French is a plus;
