We are looking for two talented Business Analysts for learning management systems. Our teams are based in Lisbon in a hybrid model; however, we are flexible with candidates who live in other cities.
YOUR ROLE
- Oversee the activities, ensure processes are followed, and manage tickets in a timely manner with quality;
- Manage L3 tickets or projects directly;
- Analyze releases and product features to provide proposals for enhancements and added value.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 1 year of experience on compensation management system with Beqom or similar;
- English is mandatory;
- French is nice to have;
