We are looking for Business Analyst fluent in French & English!

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Coordination and investment capacities.
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking.
• Ability to synthesize.
• Be committed, demanding and pedagogical.
• Have a sense of service.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential (especially the Vlookup function).
• Be sensitive to the management of information systems security.
• Have previously used Service Now (user or functional administrator).
• Master remote work tools (Teams).
• Be autonomous in the organization and planning of one's activity.
• Fluency in French, both oral and written, in order to be able to build an argument and hold meetings.
• Ability to coordinate multiple actors to solve a complex problem or find a solution to a problem.
• Analytical capacity.
• Have a culture of quality and rigor.
• Have knowledge of Active Directory. Plus
• Management of shared directories, notions of law. Plus
• Knowledge of the AGILE method. Plus
• Good level of english.
