What you need to have/know:

Experience in Business Analysis with a strong understanding of IT concepts and Agile methodologies.

Business & IT Alignment: Skilled in understanding business needs and translating them into clear IT requirements, ensuring seamless integration between stakeholders and development teams.

Analytical & Organizational Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex workflows, optimize processes, and support
- making with structured documentation.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT concepts, including APIs, authentication, and workflows. Experience working in Agile environments.

Industry Experience: Exposure to the banking and insurance sectors is a plus.

Languages: French (B2), English (B2)
