Building and Facility Officer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: Handling
-
- day facility management operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the Lisbon office.
2. Specialized Expertise: Addressing specific subjects such as security, budget/PO management, and hospitality management to maintain high standards.
3. Compliance: Adhering to local and international regulations to ensure all operational activities meet required compliance standards.
4. Workplace Efficiency: Fostering a productive and efficient work environment is critical for employee satisfaction and operational success.
5. Document Control and Reporting: Managing document control, preparing statistical reports, data analysis, and financial summaries.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
- Education: Technical and/or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of administrative and/or technical support experience in a similar environment. Certification in Facility Management is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written). Workable knowledge of Portuguese (preferable). Strong organizational, analytic, and
- solving skills. Ability to develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. - Technical Proficiency: experience or degree in facility management activities.
