Commerce photo studio operates at peak efficiency. Your role will balance creative vision with operational excellence to uphold our brand imagery and meet deadlines across various deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a brand environment, demonstrating a strong background in both creative and operational aspects of content production.
- Creative and Operational Balance: Ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiency. Proven track record of managing content processes and teams effectively.
- Aesthetic Sense: Strong aesthetic sensibility and an understanding of how to enhance content quality and impact.
- AI Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with new AI technologies for asset and video creation. Ability to integrate these tools into the content production process to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing production budgets and making
- effective decisions without compromising quality. - Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content production tools and platforms. Proficiency in relevant software (e. g. , Adobe Creative Suite).
