About the role:
As a Brand Manager at Essor, you will own a portfolio of brands, overseeing their P&L to drive growth and profitability across multiple markets. This strategic role requires a
- driven mindset to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives that contribute to business growth while building strong,
- loved brands. You will prioritize
- impact actions, manage
- commerce activities, define brand positioning, improve products, and lead market expansion efforts. Collaboration with operations, performance marketing, content & creative, supply chain, and sourcing teams is essential to execute growth strategies effectively.
What you will do:
- P&L management & business growth:
- Own and manage the P&L for your brand portfolio, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities that support both business performance and brand development.
- Develop and implement initiatives that not only contribute to revenue and margin improvement but also strengthen the brand’s identity and consumer appeal.
- Prioritize actions using the 80/20 principle to focus on initiatives with the highest business impact.
- Data-driven decision making:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Continuously test and optimize PPC campaigns, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and content updates to improve conversions and ROI.
- Utilize data insights to inform product lifecycle management and marketing efforts.
- Market expansion & product launches:
- Identify and execute new market entry opportunities to expand brand reach.
- Lead product launches from conception to execution, ensuring successful rollouts with strong sales performance and profitability.
- Adapt brand positioning and marketing strategies for different markets to maximize local impact and build lasting consumer relationships.
- Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Supply Chain, and Sourcing, to execute growth initiatives.
- Provide input for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and pricing strategies to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty campaigns.
- 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce brand management or E-commerce marketing
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Experience in P&L management with understanding of revenue and margin drivers, or a strong business sense with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to business performance management
- Ability to prioritize work in a
- paced environment / high ambition environment - High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, digital Marketing or a related field.
