About the role

This role covers the entire funnel—leading projects and creation of assets while working closely with the Head of Design and Growth Marketing teams. From ensuring our visuals support key messages to building a strong brand presence, your work will attract new users and guide them through the funnel with creativity and impact.

Bounce has digital and
- world touch points - web ads, the website and product, billboards, signage and tags… You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenges building a memorable brand experience.

This is a 6-month maternity leave cover.

Responsibilities:

1. Elevate our brand by creating intentional, contextual, and beautiful visual assets and interactions.
2. Partner with Marketing teammates to create memorable marketing campaigns.
3. Collaborate with Designers and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent and helpful language across all touch points.
4. Assist Sales and Account Management in understanding Bounce Partners' needs.

Requirements:

1. Strong visual design and branding skills.
2. Experience creating campaigns, including

   - home marketing.
3. Collaborative,

4. Understanding of creating a brand that resonates with customers and partners.
5. Learning mindset with a focus on experimentation and evolution.
6. Strong collaboration skills.
7. Passion for pushing brands forward and staying updated on market trends.
