Job Overview:

We are seeking a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely. This role involves providing
- quality support to French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to our web services. While prior customer service experience is preferred, we offer full training to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Problem Resolution: Address customer issues efficiently and with a
   - first approach.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on company products and services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting support.
4. Order Assistance: Help customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
5. Technical Support: Assist customers with basic technical queries (training will be provided).
6. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve more complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
7. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback and share it with the team to help enhance services and products.

Work Schedule:

1. Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 09:30 PM (Rotational shifts)
2. Saturday: 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
3. Sunday: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
4. Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Relocation:

No relocation support is provided. Candidates should be based in Portugal or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Salary Conditions:

1. Meal Allowance: 7. 23€ per working day.
2. Transport Allowance: Not provided.
