We are currently looking for BPM Application Developer for the Banking Sector.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
2. Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
3. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
4. Contribute in providing solutions to
   - related problems.
5. Advanced proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) is required.
6. Intermediate level of proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) is recommended.
7. Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) proficiency at an advanced level is suggested.
8. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
9. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure
   - quality standards are met.
10. Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills.
11. Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.
