Your work:
- Assist customers via multiple channels (email or phone) in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Support customers in managing reservations, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental bookings and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet customer needs.
- Gather information from new customers and enter it into the platform.
- Process and respond promptly to contact requests.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
Requirements:
- Fluent speaker of Portuguese (C1+) + Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Availability to work in shifts
- Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit.
- Love identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions.
- Valid Work Permit from Portugal / EU ID
