Overview

As the BI Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reports and dashboards required across the organization within Power
BI and Salesforce. As part of this role, you will gather requirements from across the organization on reporting requirements and build out our corporate standardized reporting infrastructure providing accurate, timely, and targeted insights to support
- driven
- making. This role will form a central part of our Sales Operations department at HVD Group, where you will be in close contact with leaders and sellers across the organization, who will rely on you to support them with key insights to their business. This is an exciting opportunity to build and optimize our reporting infrastructure from the ground up, all adding to our hyper growth and expansion across the Nordics and Germany!

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to identify bottlenecks in processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting and dashboarding tools in Salesforce, Power
  BI, and other business intelligence platforms.
• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to provide actionable insights and support
  - driven decision making.
• As a
  - growing company, with numerous ongoing acquisitions, develop and support interim and ad hoc reporting requirements where direct data linkages may not yet exist.
• Work closely with
  - functional teams to align efforts, ensuring a seamless
  -
  - end customer journey.
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce friction in the sales process, and enhance data quality.
• Collaborate with our developers and business systems teams to manage and optimize our Salesforce and Power
  BI applications.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue.

Qualifications

• Quantitative degree (Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar).
• 2-5 years of experience delivering actionable analytics in a complex,
  - paced environment and/or in a combination of strategy and operations roles preferably related to revenue operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Power
  BI reporting and dashboarding.
• Ideally with Salesforce reporting/dashboarding experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to drive
  - making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to
  - technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with
  - functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ideally familiarity with Saa
  S business models and an understanding of sales and marketing operations.
