What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage Business Intelligence projects, leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement modern BI architectures, with a focus on Microsoft technologies like SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, and Azure Synapse.
• Utilize expertise in Fabric to build innovative and effective solutions, prioritizing performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to gather requirements, frame problems, and provide strategic insights using advanced BI tools.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently and align with client goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English and Portuguese to deliver clear updates, reports, and recommendations.

- Work in Hybrid Regime

What You Are:

• At least 5 years experience in Business Intelligence projects with Microsoft suite;
• Experience as a team leader in different contexts and clients;
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, and Azure Synapse;
• Experience in the design and implementation of modern Microsoft BI architectures;
• Experience in Fabric is highly preferred;
• Fluency in English.
