BI Manager – Business Intelligence & Data Strategy

Contract: Full-time, Direct with the Client

About the Role

We are looking for a BI Manager to lead the development and implementation of a
- driven strategy that enhances sales performance, efficiency, and strategic
- making. This role will play a critical part in transforming the sales department into a
- centric organization, ensuring stakeholders have timely access to reliable insights.

The BI Manager will oversee a team responsible for forecasting, KPI management, coverage analysis, asset return optimization, commercial contracts, and BI administration. Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, this role will collaborate with
- functional teams to drive automation, data governance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop data frameworks that enhance data quality, accessibility, and automation.
• Oversee data collection, integration, and governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with D&T teams to automate data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.
• Lead the development of Power BI dashboards and other data visualization tools.
• Implement forecasting models and advanced analytics to support sales and market trends prediction.
• Work closely with sales leadership to define performance metrics and strategic targets.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews, identifying key areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

+10 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in BI, Data Analytics, or related roles (preferably within FMCG).

People management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a BI team.

Proven expertise in developing and executing BI strategies that align with business goals.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, and data engineering.

Strong knowledge of Advanced Analytics, Statistical Analysis, and Machine Learning.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, sales, and technical teams.
