Responsibilities:

- BI Analytics Application Support: Manage and provide specialized technical support for the organization's Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics solutions, ensuring their availability, performance, and integrity.

- SQL/PLSQL Query Development and Maintenance: Create, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures to facilitate data analysis and ensure system operations efficiency.

- Unix Environment Administration: Administer Unix environments to ensure stability and security of applications, including server and operating system installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Control
M Job Monitoring and Control: Configure and monitor scheduled jobs using Control
M, ensuring proper execution and adherence to defined schedules.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to BI Analytics applications, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and Control
M, conducting
- depth analyses and implementing effective solutions.

- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with development, operations, and
- user teams to understand requirements, implement improvements, and provide ongoing technical support.

- Documentation and Training: Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions, and provide training and guidance to
- users and support teams.

- Incident and Change Management: Manage incidents and change requests related to BI Analytics applications, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and Control
M, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

You must have:

- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for query and procedure development and maintenance.

- Experience in Unix environment administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Practical knowledge of job scheduling tools like Control
M.

- Analytical and
- solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Strong documentation and training skills.

- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.

- Availability to go to the office, once a month.
