What You’ll Do

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting top talent with
- tier clients. You will:

• Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to identify hiring needs, create detailed job descriptions, and understand the culture of the companies we support.
• Source and Engage Talent: Use a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc. ) to attract, engage, and assess qualified candidates.
• Conduct Interviews & Assessments: Conduct
  - depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the Recruitment Process: Own the
  -
  - end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes, clear communication, and seamless candidate experiences.
• Analyze & Report: Track recruitment metrics and provide valuable insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• 1-2 years of professional experience (any field)
