What you'll do• Manage customer requests relating to Information and Complaints;• Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers;• Maintain different channels active (live chat, phone, email, webforms, Social 1:1);• Provide excellent solution and service;• Provide product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner. What you'll need• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German;• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required;• Customer orientation, problem solving skills and teamwork;• Good IT skills;• Availability to work on shifts;• Previous experience in Customer Service;• Excellent communication skills, empathy and high focus on customer satisfaction;• Prior knowledge in Cosmetics and Luxury sector;• Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
