Beauty Adviser (f/m/d) - Lisbon

We are looking for candidates who speak English for a Beauty Adviser role in a beauty company with 110 years of experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer contact via live chat, phone,
- mails, and webforms; - Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints;
- Providing excellent solutions and service;
- Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner.
Work schedule: 40 hours per week, with shifts of 8 hours, rotating between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Sunday.
What qualifications should you have?
- Fluent in oral and written English;
- Experience in customer service (preferential);
- Available to work
- site in rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm.
