Job Description:

• Install and configure the Windows Server Systems;
• Guarantee the availability and good function of all systems and services;
• Troubleshoot and solve level 2 and 3 incidents;
• Propose and implement corrections to avoid future incidents;
• Actively participate in Capacity Planning;
• Follow and implement the best security practices;
• Ensure the right level of service quality in line with the requirements of Service Contracts (SLAs) in your area of responsibility;
• Implement and maintain the rules of good management and usability of systems and/or products;
• Actively participate in the Industrialization and Automation process.

Qualifications:

• Know-how on Windows Server (2012 R2/2016/2019/2022);
• Expertise on CI/CD (Bitbucket/Jenkins/etc) for process automation and industrialization;
• Expertise in development with Power
  Shell and C#;
• Solid knowledge of MECM (SCCM);
• Good communication skills;
• Good organizational, analytical, and
  - solving skills;
• Fast learner, easy to adapt, team worker;
• Availability for
  - call duties;
• Proficiency in English;
• French is a plus.
