Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the
- out of new applications, among other duties.

Previous working experience in Linux system administration (Cent
OS, Red
Hat) and/or UNIX (HP-UX, AIX, Solaris);
Experience in DNS management;
Expert in Ansible/Web Application Servers – Weblogic is a plus;
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LDAP and IPV4/IPV6 (desirable);
Detail-oriented and highly analytical skills;
French (plus).
