Job Description

The main responsibility of the IT Continuity Analyst is to manage the IT Continuity and Resilience of IT assets. The incumbent will work closely with IT Development and IT Production teams as an enabler and facilitator. More broadly, the incumbent will collaborate with IT Continuity & Resilience Officers and IT Risk Officers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the IT Continuity and Resilience of IT Assets.
• Maintaining IT Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) related to IT Continuity.
• Reporting, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the IT Continuity Classification for each asset is accurately assessed by IT owners and consistent with business continuity needs.
• Ensure IT Continuity Plans are complete and comply with Group Requirements for each IT asset.
• Ensure that backup and restoration processes, as well as operational procedures, are
  - documented and enforced.
• Ensure IT Disaster Recovery exercises are scheduled, conducted, and reported by IT Production teams.
• Follow up on
  - Disaster Recovery exercise action plans.

Maintaining IT Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Related to IT Continuity:

• Maintain IT Continuity policy and procedures, ensuring alignment with Group-level frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with IT Continuity and Operational Resilience regulations from global regulators.
• Ensure data is complete and accurate in the IT GRC tool, including asset classification, IT continuity requirements, dashboard accuracy, etc.

Reporting, Communicating, and Cooperating with Stakeholders:

• Report regularly to senior management on IT Continuity classification progress, DR exercises, and remediation projects.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the IT GRC tool (coverage level and data quality).
• Provide metrics and presentation materials to IT Risk, Cybersecurity, and IT Continuity committees.
• Participate in awareness and training activities, including maintaining documentation, producing training material, and conducting training sessions.
• Coordinate with the Group IT Continuity & Resilience office.
• Contribute to responses to requests from regulators, partners, and customers regarding IT Continuity and Resilience.
