Job Description
- Take control of incidents and manage them from start to finish with the necessary contacts to minimize the impact and respect safety standards;
- Create and follow up on tickets in order to maintain a chronology and ensure a complete analysis of the incident;
- Organize and conduct status updates with companies, technicians, and suppliers;
- Prepare status reports;
- Report incidents to the Service Delivery Manager so that they can be passed on to the crisis unit;
- Organize and write daily weather reports;
- Create problems for recurring incidents;
- Improve the knowledge base to anticipate or control incidents;
- Ensure daily maintenance of low stock levels;
- Organize weekly incident reviews: share
- replication action plans and share
- replication and service improvement action plans with service delivery managers, business units, and service delivery managers.
Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in similar roles;
- Solid experience with Service Now;
- Experience with ITIL;
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments;
- Fluency in English;
- French (plus).
