Our Bank Operations Group team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig and Ortigas as a Bank Operations Associate (Corporate Loans).

In this role, you will be responsible for performing operational tasks in delivering mid and
- office support to the Corporate Banking Group. You will also assist the Corporate Loans Officers and Section Head to enforce compliance with internal policies and procedures while ensuring processing efficiency for corporate loans transactions.

What the role will entail:

• Review and update monitoring sheets for transactional loan documents and original CWT Forms from the Corporate Banking Group (CBG).
• Request scanning and Omnidocs upload of completed transactional loan documents from BOG-ERMAD, and scan and upload CWT forms to Finances shared folder.
• Release reports on unsubmitted transactional loan documents and CWT forms to responsible CBG account associates and officers.
• Reconcile subsidiary and general ledgers (SL-GL) for CWT and DST, and handle requests for manual adjustments.
• Prepare bank certifications and statements of account as requested by CBG account officers, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed turnaround time per SLA, and provide immediate advisory on discrepancies.

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a
  - keeping environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
