Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?
Your mission will be…
Support the execution ofbank guarantee related requests, including amendments (e. g. extensions, replacements etc. ) and discharging of existing guarantees;
Support the verification of the invoices containing bank fees, clarifypossible discrepancies and reallocate guarantee commissions to Siemens P&LUnits;
Support the reconciliation of Bank Guarantee Stock to ensure validity ofdata;
User management for various platforms and tools;
Continuous enhancement, harmonization and improvementof processes;
Close collaboration with external international banksand internal corporate entities in respect to guarantee business.
We are looking for someone with…
University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent is a plus;
Fluency in Spanish and English language (mandatory), fluency in Portuguese is a plus;
Good knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel;
Availability to work in the 1pm-10pm schedule;
Detail oriented, highly organized, with knowledge offinancial processes;
Good analytical skills, customer orientation and teamplayer;
Solid communication skills and ability to build andmaintain customer relationships;
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamicenvironment.
