Job Purpose



Part of the beqom engineering team, you will not only have the chance to participate in the development of software that contributes to the pay fairness of employees around the world but you will also put your technical skills to make it scalable, performant and bulletproofed.



You will join a small and dynamic international team with the true possibility to make a change and contribute actively in the next version of the product being in connection with the different departments of beqom.



What will you be doing?

Design, Build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support
- time and batch data ingestion, transformation, and retrieval for our upcoming product line. Develop scalable,
- native core data infrastructure and APIs to enable seamless data integration and efficient retrieval by the product teams and customers. Collaborate with the other teams to align on business needs, build integrated solutions, and deliver them within agreed timelines and scope. Research and implement new technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities. What are we looking for?

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, with 3+ years in software engineering. Proficiency in. NET, including experience developing fully tested,
- related,
- native applications. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and software architecture for batch and
- time workflows. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile, distributed teams, supported by strong communication skills. It would be nice if you also had (but not required): Experience with distributed data systems such as Mongo
DB, Postgre
SQL, Redis, or similar. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their
- related services (e. g. , analytics, messaging, storage). Hands-on experience with Rabbit
MQ, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Flink, or similar tools. Knowledge of infrastructure automation and Dev
Ops practices for managing and deploying data solutions. Proficiency in additional programming languages (e. g. , Python, Java, Go) or frontend frameworks (e. g. , React, Angular, Vue, Type
