What are you going to do:

• Be part of the IT GMR P - PSE - WAS - Enterprise Solutions team, supporting the transformation of our Pre-Trade architecture;
• Work on the development of new C# projects with a focus on performance, robustness, and scalability;
• Collaborate closely with business units to understand and meet their technical and functional needs;
• Rethink existing processes and architecture within a flexible, autonomous, and proactive team environment;
• Apply modern development principles including event-driven architectures, containerization, and design patterns;
• Evaluate technical solutions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and
  - quality standards;
• Communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

What we are looking for:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in software development, with strong OOP skills, especially in C#;
• Solid foundation in computer science and experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions;
• Good knowledge of design patterns and modern software development practices;
• Proficiency in event-driven architecture and experience with Rabbit
  MQ, Apache Kafka, or similar technologies;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Open
  Shift, and the ability to build containerized applications;
• Strong analytical skills to analyze requirements, evaluate solutions, and align development with business needs;
• Interest in technological advancements and ability to integrate tech trends into projects.
• A proactive attitude, with autonomy, flexibility, and initiative;
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively;
• Ability to collaborate with
  - functional teams in a fast-paced and agile work environment;
• English at a minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
