As a Backend Developer for Industrial Automation, you will join an international development team based in Ovar, Portugal, and Germany. Together, we drive innovation in the field of ctrl
X AUTOMATION, empowering our customers to achieve excellence in digital engineering. In this role, you will:

1. Define and implement
   -
   -
   - art software solutions to meet specified requirements.
2. Develop and maintain robust applications using C++ and Golang.
3. Design and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the highest quality.
4. Identify and resolve defects efficiently.
5. Support Dev
   Ops activities, including CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins executions, and repository management.
6. Engage in hardware assembly and testing as part of the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automation Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

1. Advanced programming experience with C++ in Linux environments.
2. Hands-on experience in
   - time control systems, PLCs, and CODESYS.

Know-how:

1. User knowledge of industrial automation technologies and field buses (e. g. , Ether
   CAT).
2. Familiarity with functional safety standards is a plus.
3. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.

Languages: Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Working Style and Methods: Strong analytical skills with a structured and
- oriented mindset.

Personality: A proactive,
- oriented individual eager to innovate and solve complex challenges.
