At Eni we are looking for a Back Office for our Plenitude Iberia offices in Lisbon , to provide support to the Sales Department. Reporting directly to the department manager, you will be mainly responsible for performing document review and administrative work for contract management.

This membership represents a major European project to integrate the renewables business with the retail business, which will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

As a member of the Sales department, you will be responsible for:

• Front-line in the reception of documentation, archiving and storage.
• Filing and storage of documentation, both physically and electronically.
• Recording of activities: receipt, registration and analysis of claims, complaints, contracts and other documentation.
• Analysis and reporting of documentation received.
• Reporting on the current situation regarding claims, complaints.
• Reporting of files to collection companies.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Administrative studies (ADE, economics and/or similar).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Relevant experience in similar roles. Experience in energy sector/multinational companies preferred.
• Experience in accounting/law is a plus.
