You’ll join our talented team and work on one of Pipedrive's most impactful features: Automations. The Automations feature helps thousands of businesses save time, stay organized, and streamline their workflows by automating repetitive tasks and processes. Our goal is to help users focus on what matters most—closing deals and growing their business.

How we work:

Our engineering team operates in independent tribes, ensuring flat hierarchies and scalability. Each tribe is
- sufficient with full ownership of its area. Developers enjoy a lot of freedom: they choose missions to work on, and after completing a mission, they return to the launchpad to recover and prepare for the next one.

• Work closely with junior engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow and succeed
• Collaborate with your team to deliver
  - quality,
  - tested code on time
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews, offering constructive feedback to your peers
• Build and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and performance
• Take ownership of deployments, monitoring, and maintaining live services
• Participate in an
  - call rotation, swiftly addressing alerts and resolving production incidents
• Continuously optimize and enhance the billing technical stack, focusing on reducing technical debt
• Design and implement scalable, highly available systems across multiple data centers
• Ensure that our Automations feature is fast, reliable, and scales effectively as we grow, enhancing the user experience for all customers

• Strong ability to collaborate with and mentor junior engineers, fostering their development
• Proven track record in software development with an emphasis on delivering results
• Demonstrated passion for engineering through personal projects and a strong product sense
• Ability to step outside of your comfort zone, adapt quickly, and deliver solutions efficiently
• Contributions to the Open Source community are a plus
• Solid understanding of security threats and how to mitigate them
• Experience with technologies such as Node. js, PHP, My
  SQL, Redis, Rabbit
  MQ, and Apache Kafka
• Experience with
  - data center services is a significant advantage
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
