CONTEXT

Richemont is looking for a talented Salesforce B2B /Wholesale Senior Salesforce Front Developer to be part of the delivery of B2B/Wholesale solutions and applications to its Maisons.

Our B2B/Wholesale pillar is an integral part of our Group Technology team. You will be joining a dynamic and agile team responsible for the complete refactoring of the B2B landscape. Based on Salesforce and Microsoft technologies with a worldwide,
- cloud,
- Maisons scope, we are looking into scaling up our internal capabilities to support our major strategic Luxury New Retail program.

Reporting to the Technology Team Lead and part of the scrum team, as a Salesforce Front-end Developer, you will be accountable for:

• Crafting a luxurious,
  - quality user experience for the group platforms
• Developing and integrating a bespoke design in a
  - perfect manner
• Developing a healthy, enterprise compliant
  - quality code & configuration release on an agile mindset
• Create constructive collaboration and efficiency in a
  - location,
  - technology development team.

You will be part of a global team, collaborating closely with technical leads and scrum teams across various countries and time zones, contributing to the interaction and development of products on the platform.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Lead the implementation and integration of the technical architecture in a product area based on business strategy, business skills, and business requirements.
• Ensure that architecture principles, best practices, and architecture guidelines in the developed Product/Solution are adhered to.
• Support during solution definition, providing guidance on architectural designs and strategies to improve Product/Solution performance and scalability.
• Work with Product’s technical leads to manage & develop the architecture for the Products and deliver the architectural design, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the
  -
  - end technical solution.
• Recommend and provide target architecture, architectural strategy, as well as vision and processes, within the guidelines specified by the Enterprise Architect.
• Develop integration processes and interface requirements.
• Select the technology stack based on the given requirements and constraints, in close collaboration with the Technical Team Leads.
• Provide technical expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologies.
• Understand global IT strategy and business needs to define
  - level architectures.
• Provide recommendations in the selection and use of technology, such as “build or buy. ”
• Analyze complex issues and propose solutions to solve them.
• Ensure
  - party products fit into the organization ecosystem.
• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure, maintaining a roadmap for required changes.
• Align with the Senior Product Owner(s) and Product Owners to adequately prioritize technical features required for future functional features as well as current and future technical platform stability, security, and compliance.
• Actively contribute to the Product Design Forum and Community of Practice.
• Participate in the technology stack selection based on the given requirements and limitations.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Bachelor or master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on
  - end development.
• Keen understanding of UX best practices for B2B and
  - commerce journeys.
• Expertise in development of Lightning Web Components, including advanced concepts such as reusability (mixins/inheritance).
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud; B2B Commerce Lightning / LWR is a plus.
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs secured by modern protocols (OAuth 2 flows) and their documentation (Swagger, Open
  API).
• Experience with Salesforce standard integration best practices (External Services, Mocks).
• Demonstrated experience in web application scalability.
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Salesforce technical certifications, especially Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• Proven experience of building, automating, and deploying software to production.
• Experience with authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests and approach to identify tests.
• Experience working in a
  - oriented, collaborative environment, with strong knowledge of Agile Product management principles (certifications are an asset).
• Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr is suitable.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a
  - pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Capacity to use emerging web technologies in live ecosystems.
• Highly

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
