Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in Italian (both spoken and written) and a strong command of English (B2 level or above).
- Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within the travel or hospitality sectors.
- Mandatory experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan.
- Data-driven mindset, using metrics as both a benchmark and motivator for success.
- Effective communicator, skilled at crafting tailored verbal and written interactions.
- Team-oriented and thrives on collaboration, feedback, and
- building. - Comfortable with digital tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and proprietary travel support platforms.
