B2B Senior Salesforce Front-end Developer - Lisbon

Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a B2B/Wholesale Senior Salesforce Front Developer to join one of the world's most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

Our Client is the owner of prestigious Maisons distinguished by their craftsmanship, creativity, and technological innovation. Their ambition is to nurture the unique heritage and values of its Maisons while enabling them to grow and prosper sustainably.

To leverage Lisbon's tech spirit, our Client is looking to reinforce its technical capabilities and respond to the growth of their business. Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated into the core technology workforce.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation and integration of the technical architecture in a product area based on business strategy and requirements.
2. Ensure adherence to architecture principles, best practices, and guidelines in the developed Product/Solution.
3. Support solution definition and provide guidance on architectural designs to improve Product/Solution performance and scalability.
4. Work with technical leads to manage and develop the architecture for the Products.
5. Recommend and provide target architecture and architectural strategy within the guidelines specified by the Enterprise Architect.
6. Develop integration processes and interface requirements.
7. Select technology stacks based on requirements and constraints.
8. Provide technical expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologies.
9. Analyze complex issues and propose solutions.
10. Ensure
    - party products fit into the organization ecosystem.
11. Align with Senior Product Owners to prioritize technical features for platform stability and compliance.
12. Actively contribute to the Product Design Forum and Community of Practice.

Academic Background

Bachelor or master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on
   - end development.
2. Keen understanding of UX best practices for B2B and
   - commerce journeys.
3. Expertise in development of Lightning Web Components, including advanced concepts.
4. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce Lightning / LWR is a plus.
5. Experience with integrations using REST APIs secured by modern protocols.
6. Salesforce technical certifications, especially Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
7. Proven experience of building, automating, and deploying software to production.
8. Proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a plus.
