Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Customer Service Agent will be:Assist customers via phone, email, and chat on all their queries related to their orders, subscriptions, and invoices. Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience. Follow up customer queries until they are fully resolved and meet commitments within agreed deadlines. Interact with the various departments to ensure smooth processing of the customer request. Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are a native French speaker and have min B2 level in English

What’s in it for you? 6 months contract
