Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a
  - performing team within the IT and Azure Business Unit.
• Oversee sales and technical delivery of informatic equipment, networking, and cloud solutions.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and
  - term partnerships.
• Provide strategic input into business development, identifying market trends and opportunities.
• Manage resources effectively, including time, personnel, and technology.
• Represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events, both locally and internationally.

Key Requirements:

Technical & Commercial Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Management).
• Strong experience in technology sales and solutions, particularly in informatic equipment, networking, or cloud solutions.
• Deep understanding of network architecture, data centre services, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate deals, and develop business strategies.

Leadership & Communication Skills

• Track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel internationally, if required for projects
