  S deployment models and technologies.
• Highly
  - functional and able to perform adjacent roles and responsibilities at short notice.
• Strong
  - building, persuasion, and collaboration skills that drive effective constructive feedback and support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill difficult technical concepts into simple and actionable practices.

Education & Certifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree or technical institute certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
• Professional experience and knowledge of the IT industry.
