Wave is seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Lisbon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure. This role requires both foundational knowledge and intermediate expertise in Azure cloud engineering, supported by relevant certifications.

Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure solutions.
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of cloud environments.
Implement best practices for Azure cloud services, including cost optimization and resource allocation.
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure-based systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with
- functional teams to integrate Azure solutions into existing infrastructure.
Document procedures, configurations, and processes for Azure environments.

Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Cloud.
Certifications in Azure, like: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
Knowledge of Terraform.
Familiarity with Dev
Ops practices and tools such as Azure Dev
Ops (good to have).
Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards (good to have).
Strong
- solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
