Your Role

• The architect will be responsible for formulating the product roadmap for customer projects, working with Product Owners and Business Leaders to define the technical product strategy.
• The individual will also participate in customer meetings to proactively pitch technical solutions from Capgemini AUTOSAR practice.
• Conduct Technical RCA of Problems and Systemic Improvements.
• Create Software Architecture and review Project Level Technical workflows.
• Perform Project Level Technical Impact Analysis of Changes.
• Assess and Improve Team Training and Competency.
• Review design and performance optimization.
• Evaluate estimates of tasks and functions in projects.
• Review Technical approach, estimation, technical risks, and solutions of proposals.
• Convert customer requirements to software requirements.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Embedded SW / Automotive domain.
• Proficiency in Embedded C.
• Experience with Autosar: RTE, BSW, MCAL, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANstress, CAN, UDS, Ethernet, Bootloader Integration.
• Familiarity with tools: Vector AUTOSAR stack, Da
  Vinci Configurator and Developer.
