Job Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable,
  - performance Java-based applications for automotive distribution and retail systems;
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals;
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment;
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation;
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our automotive solutions;
• Participate in technical
  - making processes and provide expert advice to stakeholders;
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our software systems;
• Optimize existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Java development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of Java, software architecture, and design patterns
• Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and challenges (is a plus)
• Excellent
  - solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies
