Role: Customer Service Representative

Project: Automotive Digital Services

Start Dates: 9th January 2025 & 30th January 2025

Location: Braga, Portugal (Remote Work Model from Coimbra to the North only)

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00, Days Off - Saturday and Sunday

What You'll Be Doing

1. Provide
   - tier customer service to users of digital automotive services.
2. Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and empathetic communication.
4. Accurately log customer interactions and follow up to ensure problem resolution.
5. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to enhance customer experience.

What We're Looking For

1. Languages: Hungarian fluency (native-level preferred) and proficiency in English is an asset.
2. Strong communication skills and a
   - centric mindset.
3. Ability to adapt to different shifts and work in a remote setting.
4. Excellent
   - solving skills with a
   - oriented approach.
5. Experience: Prior experience in customer service, contact centers, or related fields is a plus, but not required.

Performance Bonus: 80 EUR gross/month (12 months).

Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR per working day.

Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR gross/year.

Totaling: 14, 848. 72 EUR gross/year plus a performance bonus of 960 EUR/year.

Health Insurance:

• Available from day 1 with an employee contribution.
• Free after 6 months of employment.
