Your Mission

We seek an Atlassian Expert (Jira & Confluence) to join our dynamic team. As an Atlassian Expert, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Jira and Confluence based on our Engineering Software Process. You will collaborate with
- functional teams to understand project requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of our Atlassian stack.

• Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence build and configuration.
• Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT and the rest of the business.
• Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks.
• Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence
  - ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation, and configuration of the
  - ins.
• Utilize design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects.
• Implement custom XML-based JIRA gadgets.
• Support and configure JIRA plugins as required.
• Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks.
• Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports as required.
• Acquainted with plugins like: Big
  Picture, Tempo, Structure, Script
  Runner, etc.

Your Profile

You are mastering and have significant experience (6 years minimum) in:

• Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence.
• Experience administrating Jira & Confluence.
• Experience with creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
• Experience with implementing and training on JIRA and JIRA Agile best practices, custom dashboards, and custom reports.
• Experience with migrating projects smoothly from other JIRA instances.
• Experience with researching, evaluating, installing, and managing JIRA
  - ons.
• Possession of excellent
  - solving skills and process implementation skills.
