We are looking for Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agents that support customers by optimizing our social media, email and phone communication platforms!

Your responsibilities: Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, Whats
App, chat, email, and social media
Regularly update internal systems
Collaborate with other departments to support customers
Main duties: Start date: 17. 03Fixed-term, renewable employment contract (12 months)Work in our modern office in the center of Lisbon!Free healthy meals in the cafeterias, such as soup, bread, salad and fruit;Working schedule: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 20:00 (Full time: 8h/day, 5days/week, 40h/week) Days off: Sunday + Rotational day
