Join the Global Business Services (GBS) Analytics team, a part of the Finance function, focused on helping customers get actionable insights from data. As an Assurance Data Analyst, you will be part of a high performing,
- disciplinary team, delivering analytical products helping customers in Compliance, Internal Audit and related assurance functions take data driven decisions.

Accountabilities:

1. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, designing analytical reports/dashboards and supporting customers to get insights from data.
2. You will manage and execute reports aligned to customers’ requirements and identify opportunities to improve data quality.
3. You will also respond to
   - hoc data analysis and reporting queries and identify opportunities to continuously improve the analytics, monitoring and insights to increase customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Professional experience within data analysis
2. Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
3. Ability to work with senior stakeholders and confidential data
4. Strong ability to work independently
5. Strong understanding of processes and controls
6. Strong ethical, collaborative and influencing skills
7. Excellent computer skills (including Excel, Power
   Point and other data analysis / reporting software)
8. Experience in using data visualization software (in particular Power BI)
9. Ability to work well across diverse global team
10. English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
11. Experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
12. Knowledge or experience of using key source systems ( SAP, Concur, Veeva, Workday)
13. Knowledge and experience of corporate governance, health care regulations, laws and standards ( ABAC, FCPA, EFPIA, etc. )
14. Experience in an audit, risk or compliance role
15. Additional language(s) both written and verbal.
