Eurofins endeavours to develop all of our software applications
- house to service and support our numerous laboratories globally. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed every day, the laboratories of the Eurofins clinical diagnostic services business line strive to ensure that every patient, wherever he or she lives, has access to the most specialized and most innovative techniques for diagnosis, monitoring, and therapeutic decisions. Such activities require extensive planning and organisation which can be augmented by the use of technology.

Our Clinical LIMS Europe Program will extensively be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe; this role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap.

How do you fit in?

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Review
  - release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

Required skills and qualifications

• 1-2 or more years of experience in product development
• Working knowledge of Azure Dev
  Ops Services, Trello, or JIRA
• Knowledge of agile methodology for project management
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
• Foundation communication, presentation, and leadership potential
• Sharp analytical and
  - solving skills
• Ability to understand and report KPIs to program leaders
• Contribute to NPS survey delivery and respond to feedback

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline
• Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
