Your mission will be…

1. Drive and manage digitalization projects together with the Business and IT teams and take responsibility as a Project or Workstream Lead.
2. Support the implementation and further evolution of the SFS Data and Digitalization Strategy by defining measurable success criteria and KPIs based on a SFS wide objective driven methodology.
3. Drive the awareness around Platform governance and drive future data process to a more consistent and regulatory compliant utilization of data within the platform eco system.
4. Enforce business enabling data governance to improve data usability and understanding in the global SFS organization by setting up necessary processes and organizational frameworks.
5. Conduct requirements engineering for (Advanced) Analytic Use Cases together with various stakeholders and derive jointly with SFS IT appropriate solution designs to ensure business requirements are covered with the implemented solution.
6. Conduct stakeholder analysis, prepare communication and training concepts to establish proper knowledge management and enablement with the SFS Data Community.
7. Establish Test Frameworks and act as a Test Manager within complex Project environments.

We are looking for someone with…

1. A university degree in the fields of (business) informatics, economics, or a technical field of study.
2. Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the financial services, consulting or data driven businesses.
3. Solid understanding of Data Mesh Principles and their organizational and technical impact.
4. Experience in the following fields would be beneficial: Data Warehousing and Data Modelling, Data Governance Tools & Processes, Change Management.
5. Motivation and enthusiasm for data & new projects, which you solve in a result and
   - oriented way.
