Mercan Properties, a company part of the Mercan Group of companies, is a professional services firm involved in all phases of the Hospitality Projects cycle. Currently, Mercan Properties is managing several hospitality projects across the country and expects to significantly increase its portfolio in the next 24 months, including residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Focus on assisting the development projects in the Hospitality and Premium residential sectors;
2. Support the Development Manager in procurement and project marketing and sales, connecting with the leasing team, brokers, potential buyers, and relevant stakeholders to adapt the project as needed;
3. Provide assistance to the Development Manager in producing regular development and project reports (financial, timeline, quality, risk) to be presented to the team, senior management, or other stakeholders;
4. Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including
   - developers, development partners, and public entities);
5. Coordinate and interact with architects, engineers, and consultants to optimize project solutions.

1. 1-2 years’ experience in a real estate development, investment, or advisory company, with experience in real estate project development acquisition and execution;
2. Analytical profile and passion for real estate;
3. Team spirit and a positive attitude;
4. Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and quality output, with a drive for high standards;
5. Experience and knowledge in hospitality and/or residential development as urban planning will be a plus;
6. Strong interpersonal skills to deal with the challenges of various stakeholders (architects, engineers, external consultants, etc);
7. Architect, Engineer, or Management background;
8. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
