You will be responsible to:

1. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of compounds, including drug substances, drug product intermediates, and drug products.
2. Recommend the analytical characterization package (Chemical, physical, performance) and control the quality and accuracy of the data in compliance with legislation and regulatory standards of Quality, HSE, and c
   GMP policies.
3. Promote scientific excellence and innovation in the Analytical area and contribute technical expertise to expand the Intellectual Property, product, and technology portfolios.
4. Assist analytical chemists in analytical laboratory tasks for projects.
5. Perform project analytical tasks: e. g. , method development, method and specification creation; method transfer, protocols, and reports preparation for RM, IN, and FP.
6. Contribute to investigations related to analytical activities and contribute to the identification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
7. Discuss technical issues of projects with customers under the guidance of more senior colleagues or line managers.
8. Support client visits with the guidance of more senior colleagues.
9. Review analytical data generated by the team.
10. Apply and develop knowledge of Analytical Chemistry and participate in area processes, procedures, and projects with the guidance of more senior colleagues.
11. Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time, safely, efficiently, reliably, and in a
    - effective manner.
12. Execute professional activities in compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements, as well as promote the implementation and maintenance of Hovione’s policies, systems, and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs, and others).
13. Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and comply with environmental, health & safety rules/procedures, regulations, and codes of practice.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

1. University or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar Chemistry/Biochemistry/Health Sciences fields (mandatory).
2. Educational/training experience in Analytical Chemistry.
3. Basic knowledge of Analytical Chemistry.
4. Fluency in English is a requirement.
5. Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
6. Must have the Knowledge, Experience, and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.
